   Log in to Tumblr. If you don't already have an account, create one.

   Go to your own blog. The link should be located at the top of the page, next to the "Dashboard" label.

   Click on "Blog Settings." This button can be found on the righthand side of your blog.

   Check the box for "Let people ask questions." Scroll down the page and check the box. Decide if you want to allow anonymous questions or not by checking the box below that.
